Sales Setting handles your entire sales process.
Select customer naming series type. If you want to have customer coding system then select Naming Series if you don’t want to use customer code then select Customer Name

Note:- If you select naming series then it will add code in customer name Like CUST-0001. Before configuring consult with you ACCU360 consultant.
Select campaign naming system. Learn more about campaign
Select your price list which you want to be dafault. More on price list.
Close Opportunity after day:- Input number of day. It will close any opportunity if certain number of days are over and if opportunity is not converted to quotation.
Default Quotation Validity Days:- Guve number of days after which you want quatation to get closed if not converted to sales order. It is useful if your rates keeps changing.
Sales Order Required:- If you want to make Sales Order mandatory before Sales Delivery Note then select YES
Delivery Note Required:- If you want to make Delivery Note mandatory before sales order then select YES
Sales Update Frequency:- Select Each Transaction
Maintain Same Rate Throughout Sales Cycle:- If Cheked then it will not allow to change rates from sales Quotation to Sales Invoice.
Allow user to edit Price List Rate in transactions:- If checked then user can edit the item rates in iten table. In ACCU360 ERP you can create price list of every item and when creating any transaction document then item’s price will be fetched from price list. If your business have fixed pricing then you should keep it unchecked.
Allow Item to be added multiple times in a transaction:- Keep it checked. If you deal with batch number and different price for same item in same transactional document.
Allow multiple Sales Orders against a Customer’s Purchase Order:- Check it you want to have more than 1 (ONE) Sales Order against single Purchase Order from customers.
Validate Selling Price for Item against Purchase Rate or Valuation Rate:- If checked then it will validate the item selling price. It selling price is lower than the valuation price then it will throw a warning dialogue box.
