Prerequisites
HOME > STOCK MODULE > SETTINGS > STOCK SETTINGS
On the home screen, navigate to the left-hand side and select the “Stock” module.
Within the “Stock” module, click on the “Settings” option.
Now, within the settings menu, specifically select the “Stock Settings” option.
Use the shortcut by pressing “CTRL + G” to activate the search bar, or navigate through the cursor to locate the search bar.
Input “Stock settings” into the search bar.
From the search results, identify the “Stock Settings” option. Click on “Stock Settings” to open.
Select or design an organized naming series. ACCU360 ERP adapts your preference, ensuring clarity and organization in your inventory records. One of the most crucial aspects of inventory management is how items are named and identified within the system. ACCU360 ERP provides flexibility in this regard, allowing users to choose between item code or naming series for stock items.
The default stock unit may be readily specified in the ACCU360 ERP, which simplifies procedures and reduces unit conversion mistakes. Handle pieces, cartons, or other units with ease because ACCU360 ERP adjusts to your unique needs, improving operational effectiveness. It is crucial to specify the default unit of measurement for newly added products to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory transactions.
Flexibility in handling over-delivery and receipt allowances is essential for accommodating variations in inventory transactions. ACCU360 ERP offers configurable settings where users can set the percentage for over-delivery or receipt of items, providing control and flexibility in managing inventory levels. Whether dealing with supplier overages or unexpected fluctuations in demand, ACCU360 ERP equips businesses with the tools to adapt effectively.
To ensure control over stock management, ACCU360 ERP allows administrators to designate specific users or departments with the authority to modify frozen stock settings. This feature enhances security and accountability by restricting access to critical inventory configurations.
Choose between FIFO or moving average (Weighted Average) to determine the valuation of the stock.
This option is used to freeze the stock older than a certain date. By enabling this option, old and obsolete stock can be identified.
Used to make the barcode field visible.
Used to convert the description of the items to HTML.
This option is checked if the item price list is not configured by us, then the software will configure the price at which the item is purchased or sold automatically.
Sometimes, sales take place before entering the stock in the software, and the company wants to make the sales entry first due to some internal reasons. This option covers such scenarios and allows the stock to go negative for the item. But we need to reconcile the negative stock later.
Serial numbers are set or adjusted based on FIFO, meaning the item with the first serial number in the purchase would be the first item to be sold.
The quantity of the transaction is automatically selected by simply inputting the serial numbers.
This option enables business automation. After enabling this option, as soon as the stock falls below the reorder level, the requisition for the material is automatically generated.
If the user wants to get notified for the generation of an automatic material requisition, this option is used.
If checked, serial numbers only from that batch will be fetched. Otherwise, serial numbers will be fetched from multiple batches to fulfill the required quantity.
